Scope and Uses

Urea N46 has a wide range of applications and serves as the "green engine" for plant growth:

1.General Base Fertilizer: Suitable for field crops such as wheat, corn, rice, cotton, and peanuts. Broadcast before ploughing to reserve energy for the entire growth period.

2.Topdressing for Seedling Vigor: For vegetables (e.g., cabbage, spinach), fruit trees (e.g., apples, citrus, grapes), and tea plants. Applied at critical growth stages, it rapidly promotes stem and leaf growth, deep green leaf color, and enhanced photosynthesis.

3.Foliar Fertilizer (Foliar Spray): The high purity and low biuret content make it suitable for dilution and foliar application, quickly relieving nitrogen deficiency symptoms in crops.

Application Methods

"Deep placement with soil cover" is the key to improving utilization efficiency!

1.Deep Placement & Soil Cover: Furrow or hole application is recommended, at a depth of 7–10 cm, followed by immediate soil cover. This reduces ammonia volatilization and can increase utilization efficiency by more than 30% compared to surface broadcasting.

2.Avoid Seed‑Fertilizer Contact: When used as seed fertilizer, keep a separation of 5–10 cm from seeds to prevent biuret from damaging the seeds.

3.Controlled Dosage: For general field crops, apply 10–15 kg per mu (≈ 150–225 kg/ha) each time. For fruit trees, apply 0.5–2 kg per tree depending on tree age.

4.Foliar Spray Ratio: Recommended concentration for foliar spray is 0.5%–1% (eg, 50–100 g of urea per 10 liters of water).

Storage and Transport

To maintain the product's optimal properties, please observe the following storage guidelines:

1.Moisture and Water Protection: Urea is highly hygroscopic and prone to caking. Store in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated warehouse. Avoid outdoor piling or contact with ground moisture (it is recommended to keep the product elevated 10–15 cm above the floor).

2.Heat and Sun Protection: Keep away from heat sources. Under high‑temperature conditions, urea is prone to condensation reactions that form biuret, reducing fertilizer efficiency.

3.Fire and Explosion Safety: Although there is no combustion risk, do not store together with alkaline fertilizers such as lime or plant ash, or with other chemicals, to avoid chemical reactions that lead to nitrogen loss.

4.Shelf Life: Under standard storage conditions, this product can be stored for a long period (it is recommended to use it within two years for best results).
