Exhibition Introduction:
The 16th Asia Modern Agricultural Inputs Brand Exhibition and Application Technology Exchange Conference (Thailand) 2025 will be held on July 1, 2025, on the 6th floor of Amari Hotel in Bangkok. This exhibition covers all related fields and agricultural production, including chemical pesticides; new fertilizers; agricultural spraying equipment; seeds; and agricultural machinery and parts.
Since 2024, more than 30 Chinese enterprises have participated in the same-themed exhibition. With the strong support of institutions such as the Ministry of Agriculture of Thailand, the Commercial Affairs Office of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, and the Thai Association, the exhibition has been a great success. Over 500 professional buyers visited and exchanged experiences. Through various displays and exchange activities, the exhibition achieved excellent results. This exhibition provided a rare opportunity for enterprises to gain a deeper understanding of the Thai market, promote trade development, and conduct investment business. Moreover, it played a significant role in promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and Thailand in the agricultural industry.
Thailand is a traditional agricultural country, and agriculture plays a crucial role in its economic development. Agriculture accounts for 47% of the land in Thailand, with rice making up 43.7% of the produced crops, followed by rubber, sugarcane, and corn. The demand for pesticides and fertilizers in Thailand's grain and economic crop production is substantial. China is its largest source of imports. In 2022, Thailand's total imports of agricultural chemicals were 113,600 tons, of which about 80,000 tons were imported from China, worth 250 million US dollars. Thailand is one of the important export destinations for Chinese pesticides in the Asia-Pacific region. There are over 200 local agrochemical enterprises in Thailand, and their products can reach neighboring countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos. Thailand imports over 4 million tons of fertilizers annually, and China is its second-largest source of fertilizer imports.
