DCP Dicalcium Phosphate

       DCP dicalcium phosphate is a core raw material in agriculture and animal husbandry. It has a phosphorus content of up to 18% and a calcium content of up to 24%. Produced through a low-temperature purification process, it effectively removes impurities such as fluorine and heavy metals. The product is presented as white, uniform granules (particle size 0.6-1.7mm, 95% sieve passing rate). As a core phosphorus raw material for compound fertilizer production, it can be blended with NPK fertilizers using processes such as ammonium acid granulation and high tower granulation. It is resistant to caking during cross-border transportation and has complete customs clearance certifications.

      1. Utilizing a dual low-temperature crystallization process, it is purified at a mild temperature of 60-70°C, preventing calcium loss. Through multi-stage impurity removal, the granules do not cake, have no dust, and slightly soluble in water

      2. The DCP granules range from 12 to 30 mesh (0.6-1.7mm). Fine granules dissolve quickly, making them suitable for scenarios requiring rapid nutrient supplementation or in feed applications, while coarse granules are ideal for long-lasting slow-release fertilization. It can be used as a base fertilizer to supplement phosphorus and calcium.

      3. It has high compatibility and can be mixed with high tower compound fertilizers, humic acid fertilizers, amino acid fertilizers, etc., without causing precipitation, ensuring nutrient standards are met.

     1. Fruits and melons: During the flower bud differentiation period of fruits such as durian, mangosteen, and grapes, the demand for phosphorus increases sharply. DCP 18% water-soluble phosphorus≥16.0% can quickly meet the short-term phosphorus demand.

     2. Field crops: During the flowering and filling period of field crops such as soybeans, corn, and cotton, phosphorus participates in the transport of photosynthetic products. DCP is adapted to the root absorption characteristics of crops.

     3. Economic crop seedlings: Seedlings of economic crops such as tobacco, blueberries, and strawberries have weak root systems and require gentle phosphorus supplementation. DCP 18% is weakly alkaline and free of free acids, making it suitable for application during the seedling stage.

     4. For the different growth stages of broilers, layers and waterfowl, when used in combination with enzyme preparations, it can accelerate the synchronous development of muscles and bones. The high-calcium formula can also prevent rickets and reduce the occurrence of lame legs during the growth period.

     5. In response to the high demand for phosphorus and low excretion characteristics of aquatic animals, it can promote the development of scales and muscle firmness. The high-calcium formula for crustaceans enhances the hardness of the exoskeleton, making it particularly suitable for high-density aquaculture scenarios in Southeast Asia. The low-fluorine feature can reduce water pollution.

   1. Store in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from strong acids. Seal any unused portion after opening the package.

   2. Regularly check the packaging for leaks. If any damage is found, immediately repackage the contents in sealed bags to prevent moisture absorption.

   3. Wear a mask and gloves when using. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
